In an act of bestiality which attracted the fury of residents in a Kenyan community, a 40-year old man has been beaten to death by a mob after he was caught red handed having sex with a cow.
According to the cow owner, he heard his cow mowing wildly and on checking, he found his cow leg tied so that it won’t move while the man mounted it.Upon raising an alarm, even as he fought to contain the man, shocked residents arrived at the scene of the incident to find the unclad man and the badly tied and injured cow.
The irate mob descended on the man beating him with blunt objects and stones which led to his death.
While confirming the incident, Kirinyaga OCPD Apollo Onyonyi, condemned the residents for taking the law into their own hands and beseeched them to allow the police to deal with criminals.
The man’s remains were taken to Kerugoya Hospital mortuary.
