40-year-old man beaten to death for having sex with a cow

In an act of bestiality which attracted the fury of residents in a Kenyan community, a 40-year old man has been beaten to death by a mob after he was caught red handed having sex with a cow.

According to the cow owner, he heard his cow mowing wildly and on checking, he found his cow leg tied so that it won’t move while the man mounted it.
Upon raising an alarm, even as he fought to contain the man, shocked residents arrived at the scene of the incident to find the unclad man and the badly tied and injured cow.
The irate mob descended on the man beating him with blunt objects and stones which led to his death.
While confirming the incident, Kirinyaga OCPD Apollo Onyonyi, condemned the residents for taking the law into their own hands and beseeched them to allow the police to deal with criminals.
The man’s remains were taken to Kerugoya Hospital mortuary.

Man lives in a tree for 9 months after wife refuses to apologise for cheating on him

An Indian man has spent nine months living in a TREE because his wife refuses to say sorry for cheating on him. The man, known only as Sanjay, walked in on his partner and a next-door neighbour in their Mumbai home. And when she refused to apologise he climbed a nearby guava tree and has been there ever since. The 25-year-old has survived on a diet of fruit from the tree and food handed up by relatives. “He eats and sleeps on the tree and even relieves himself from there,” his sister told The Asian Age newspaper. Police have said they can’t intervene because he hasn’t committed an offence. A spokesman for Cholapur police confirmed: “The man is on a tree top for the last nine months over some domestic dispute.” Sanjay’s wife has since returned to live with her parents – and has still not said sorry.

A Nigerian Student in Ghana Cut off His Penis and Swallowed It

A Nigerian student enrolled in one of the numerous tertiary institutions in Ghana has cut and swallowed his penis. The incident occurred last Friday. Although no one is sure what prompted the 25-year-old student (name withheld) to chop-off and practically ingest his manhood, Daily Sun gathered that he is currently on admission at one of Ghana’s teaching hospitals. In Ghana, the average tuition fee per academic session for a non-Ghanaian student hovers around $6,000 (over N900,000). If his parents could pay his fees for studying in Ghana, it was doubtful hunger was not the boy’s reason. So, was he jilted by a lover? Was it some senseless act of bravado or as a result of failure or poor grades? The student, who hails from Zaria, Kaduna State told Mr. Andrew Idi and other officials of the Nigerian High Commission Accra who visited him in hospital that he believed he was under a spell, when he carried out the bizarre act. Mr. Idi is Consular Officer at Nigeria’s mission in the Ghanaian capital. Reliable sources indicated more than 20,000 Nigerians are students in various tertiary institutions across the former Gold Coast. And, the number is rising by the semester, as countless Nigerian parents are confident a child studying in a Ghanaian university is sure to complete her/his program on schedule, whereas, back home some students had spent seven years on a four-year program, without graduating because of suspension of academic activities, consequent upon incidences of labour strikes, closure of schools over terrorists’ attacks and other incidents

Soccer fan kicked out of stadium for looking like Jesus (PHOTOS & VIDEO)

It was an arrowing experience for Nathan Grindal when more than 4,000 darts fans decided he looked like Jesus. As he sat down among them to watch a top darts final, the crowd started crucifying him with chants of: “Stand up if you love Jesus.” The mickey-taking got so loud that it began to put legend of the oche Phil “The Power” Taylor and Belgian opponent Kim Huybrechts off their game. So security men were called and poor old Nathan was asked to leave. Six guards escorted the 33-year-old labourer to another part of the venue where he had to watch the rest of the match on TV. Fans among the 4,500 crowd found the spectacle hilarious, but furious Nathan did not see the funny side. He said: “It was distressing. I was emotionally distraught. The crowd were bullying me and picking on me. It would have been OK if security hadn’t made a fuss getting me out. “In his post-match interview, Phil Taylor said something like, ‘If I ever see Jesus again, I’ll crucify him myself’. Now that’s just hurtful.”

Nathan, from Oxford, had gone to watch the Cash Converters Players’ Championship final at Minehead Butlins in Somerset with pals. Later, runner-up Kim Huybrechts signed Nathan’s programme with the words: “To Jesus. Man dies after Gangnam Style dance at party

MIDDLE-AGED men have been warned to curb vigorous dance moves at Christmas parties and “let the lady dance around you” after a father of three died in front of his wife when he finished performing the Gangnam Style dance.

Eamonn Kilbride, 46, collapsed with chest pains in front of colleagues at a Christmas party in Blackburn, Lancashire, last weekend. The dance hit by the South Korean musician, Psy, has been viewed at least 930million times online. Gangnam Style is accompanied by vigorous dance moves, such as mimicking riding a horse.

Professor Bernard Keavney, consultant cardiologist at Newcastle University, said: “I certainly wouldn’t say that people need to avoid Gangnam Style over the holidays.

“[But] if you’re unused to taking vigorous physical exercise, you shouldn’t throw yourself into violent exertion without due preparation.”

Kilbride’s wife said her “loving husband” of 23 years was a keen golfer.

“He was a great family man and he worked so hard. Eamonn was always the life of the party and loved dancing,” she said.

“He was up on stage and entertaining everybody. He said he had a bit of a pain and just collapsed.

“He loved me dearly and would tell people all the time. I know he thought the world of us.”

Nollywood Actress Ngozi Nwosu Has Been Diagnosed With HIV In India

The story that Nollywood actress Ngozi Nwosu is critically ill is no more an issue. What is the boggling is the ailment she is suffering from.

Following E24-7 magazine’s report on her story, "Help! Ngozi Nwosu Is Dying", published October1-7,2012, a more shocking revelation on the true situation of the health of the once robust and beautiful actress who has over the last two months gone into recluse was disclosed.

The source who pleaded anonymity and was formerly in the service of the Nigerian Medical Research Center, Yaba, Lagos as a nurse hinted she’s HIV positive.

According to the source who was one of Ngozi`s medical counselors at the NMR, “Ngozi has been on medical surveillance since 2010.

She is what I will call an HIV positive patient. Her kidney problem is as a result of her HIV complications. She used to visit the center on Wednesdays but we have not seen her for some time now”

Asked why Ngozi took off and shunned medical treatment, the source said, “Ngozi is a stubborn patient. I used to advise her to stop drinking and smoking as these habits won`t speed up her healing process.

Worst of all, she does not take her drugs righteously. When a patient with HIV refuses to take recommended retro-viral drugs the person cannot get better. That is her problem.

Mind you when she visited the center not quite before I left we found out her DN4 was so low that we immediately raised an alarm and told her to be cautious of her health situations and advised her to do better in taking her drugs as required.”

The source also revealed that some of Ngozi`s reasons for not getting well may be psychological, “You see when a patient has a troubled love life like Ngozi, things will hardly get going for her. She is not a happy woman, having no husband and child, so her thoughts will always be negative and that will cause her more bad than good.

She needs to retrace her steps to finding her healing and that is if she is not already a full AIDS patient.” Currently, Ngozi has kept away from public glare while some of her friends and movie colleagues are seeking financial assistance for her treatment.

There are indications she has moved to neighbouring Cotonou, Benin Republic where her former husband comes from as her aides and handlers claimed during enquiry on phone.

More troubling, are Ngozi`s recent pictures where she looks gaunt and pale. She has since neglected public functions and stopped appearing at movie locations.

Naeto C beat up Blogger at a wedding Reception

For those who witnessed this show of shame by popular Nigerian rapper, Naetochuckwu Chikwe otherwise known as Naeto C, at the wedding reception of DJ Neptunes, formerly with Raypower FM, held at the City Hall, Lagos Island, surprise and eyesore were words they used in describing how the son of a former Aviation Minister, Kema Chikwe descended himself low like a street urchin. Eyewitnesses described Naeto C as Oshodi area boys especially with the way he reportedly torn the cloth of a popular blogger with Sturvs Media identified as Lewis Grant, who is the Vice President, Business Development, Sturvs Media Ltd. As the gist goes, Lewis was said to have mistakenly stepped on Nicole Chukwueke, Naeto C's wife's dress, who was standing right behind Lewis along with her husband, Naeto C while he (Lewis) was taking pictures of DJ Neptunes and his wife at the reception. Probably to show to his wife how caring he is and how he can fight for her, Naeto C was reported to have pushed Lewis and commanded him to get away from his presence. The eyewitness, who narrated this story said that Lewis reportedly told Naeto C not to command him like a boy. This statement by Lewis to Naeto C landed him (Lewis) a 'special gold medal'; 'a hot slap' on his face. One of the eyewitnesses that Naeto C didn't stop there as he reportedly took his fight with this blogger further by tearing Lewis' shirt. Soon, some military men reportedly joined in giving Lewis the beating of his life until one of Lewis' aunties at the party intervened. It was learnt that the military men barred people from taking pictures while Naeto C was busy flexing his muscles with Lewis.

Terry G Declared Wanted By the Police

Contoversial singer and precipitate producer, Gabriel Amanyi popularly known as Terry G, has been declared wanted by the Nigeria Police in relation to a hit-and-run incident in Ikeja Lagos, last Friday.
According to reports, Terry G had gone clubbing on Oba Akran Road, Ikeja penultimate Friday with friends when the incident happened. Eye-witness reports that as Terry G was leaving the premises of the club at the dead of night, he recklessly drove out on high speed without looking and in the process crushed the legs of a fun seeker who was identified as Moshood Azeez.

The victim who is a regular caller at the Computer Village Market, Ikeja was rushed to the General Hospital, Ikeja by good samaritans for medical attention. The matter was later reported at the MAN Centre Police Station, Wemabod Estate, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.

Ngozi Braide, Lagos State PPRO who confirmed the incident, said the police will do everything within its power to arrest the singer whose wife just recently put to bed a baby boy.

Woman in Lagos Drags Husband To Court For Inserting Pepper Into Her Private Part

A middle-aged woman, Foluke Olayiwola, has dragged her husband Festus Olayiwola to an Ojo grade A Customary court, for allegedly putting pepper in her private part and also trying to strangulate her.  Foluke, a teacher said she met her husband in December 1989, and after they got married, they have being living together until 1996, when her husband started suspecting that she was having affair outside their matrimonial home. She accused him of always beating her up at every slightest provocation and inflicting injury on her face which she showed to the court.  She said that whenever Festus sees her discussing with any man, without knowing who the person is, he would always accuse her of sleeping with the man. "Each time I attended our landlord meetings, he would always accused me that I had gone to Be Intimate."  Foluke, who resides at No 11, Obadiaya Street, in Ojo area of Lagos, said in 1996, she went to her sister's place and after she returned from the journey, he accused her of having gone to Be Intimate with a man. "After much quarreling, I slept off and in the middle of the night, he put pepper in my vagina and I was feeling hot in my private part. The next day, I ran away to meet my parents and he later came to explain that it was Chinese balm that he put in my vagina.  "He continued with his accusation until in June 8, 2008, when he tied my neck with rope at night when I was asleep. Before then, I use to think that it was a dream and whenever I told him about it, he would say it is a dream, not knowing that it was real. Until that fateful day, at exactly 12.30am, when he first tied my neck and I was turning on the bed, thinking that it was a dream. He quickly untied my neck. I looked at the time and saw that it was 12 ;30am in the morning, so I pretended to be sleeping. After sometime, when he thought I had slept deep, he took the rope again and started tying my neck with it, I still pretended to be asleep, as he was still tying my neck, I just opened my eyes and he was shocked. Then, I asked him why he wanted to kill me after all the suffering I have been going through in his house. "He now prostrated on the ground and started begging me, he even asked the children to help him plead with me, to forgive him, that it is the work of Satan. I said in 1996, it was the work of Satan, today, in 2008, it is still the work of Satan."  Continuing, Foluke, told the court that atimes, when she wakes up, she would find knife on the bed beside her and whenever she asked him, he would say he doesn't know how it got there. "I would call my son that made the bed and he would say he doesn't know. My husband would always claim that his actions were spiritual. I threatened to leave him severally but each time, he would plead that I stay because he cannot cope without me. Even when we relocated to a new compound, he continued with his accusations. The situation degenerated to an extent that he could not pay our son's school fees. I brought him to court because of the continuous threats to my life not just because he cannot take care of me and the children,"she stated. After listening to the petitioner's evidence, the trial president, Bola Giwa, of Ojo grade A Customary Court, adjourned the next hearing of the matter, till December 4th, 2012 for the respondent, to give his evidence.

Millionaire Serial Kidnapper Couple arrested in Abuja, Nigeria

A couple suspected to be serial kidnappers of international dimension has been nabbed by the men of Lagos State Police command. Mr. Nwangwu Emmanuel and his wife Beatricial Nwangwu were arrested recently by the operatives of the State Anti-Robbery Squad(SARS) after a long search. The suspected evil couple according to police source, were arrested in Abuja where the husband was working as a driver to a retired military officer. Before their arrest, the couple had thrown several families into trauma, pains and tears by kidnapping their children and carried them across the border to Ghana where they demanded and received ransoms in millions of naira. Before the police made what was been described as a major breakthrough in the quest to unravel the mystery behind several incidents of unreported cases of kidnapping in the state, the couple had earlier been declared wanted by the Interpol, Force CID, Abuja, Lagos State command, SARS, Zone 2 and Lagos. Speaking on the arrest, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Umar Manko who described the couple as notorious noted that most of their victims were children of the families where the wife had served as housemaid. He explained that after kidnapping the children they would run to Ghana and start demanding for ransom running into several millions from their victims. “They would tell the victims to pay ransom to a bank account in Ghana and they would later instruct them to collect their children at a particular hotel in Ghana.” CP Manko said some policemen in Ghana were dismissed from their job because they collected some illegal money from the couple. The police in Ghana later declared the couple wanted for using their country as a country of collecting ransom from victims of the kidnappers. The police in Ghana was also said to have frozen the account of the suspects. Manko added that it was a female DPO who got the number of the suspects and that it was after that, that he tasked the SARS to go to Abuja and arrest the suspects. The husband told his story to Crimewatch, “I am from Enugu State and I grew up in Ghana where I stayed for ten years. In 2008, I was employed by Mrs Folake Coker in Ikoyi Lagos and I was being paid the monthly salary of N25,000. One day I deceived one of the house maids to buy something for me pretending to be sick. Then I used the opportunity to kidnap the 2years old daughter of my boss. Quickly took a cab to Mile 2 before taking a drop to Ghana. “I later called my boss and she recognized my voice. I demanded a ransom of N22million. The money was paid to my bank account in Ghana. I dropped the daughter in one hotel in Ghana and told them to pick her up there. I used the money to buy cars which I was selling in Ghana.” Nwangwu explained that in 2009 his wife was employed as housemaid to Mr Alfred Edozie and that after just one month, the wife kidnapped one of her boss’s daughter. “My wife just called me one day that I should bring a taxi to the estate that she has kidnapped one of the daughters of her boss. Immediately we took the daughter and passed through Mile 2 and took a drop to Ghana. We called the family of the girls and we made a demand of N15million as ransom, but they paid N12M to my wife’s bank account in Ghana. “We didn’t know that the Interpol were already monitoring us. When we went to withdraw the money the bank manager first paid her N6m and told her to come back the following day for the remaining ones. The Interpol officials from Ghana cornered my wife and told her that the Nigerian police would soon arrest her. My wife gave the police officer N6m and he took my wife to an hotel in Ghana and later told us to escape. The bank in Ghana closed our account, that was how we lost the N12m in Ghana,” he said. Nwangwu said when they moved back to Nigeria his wife delivered and he began to search for a job. “Later I got a job in Abuja as a driver to a retired military officer in 2012. After I and my wife moved to Abuja. One day I just saw policemen who came and arrested me in the presence of my boss.” His wife said it was easy for her to kidnap because she pretended to be a housemaid and when she is employed after some days or weeks she will kidnap the kids of her employer… CP Manko said the investigation is still ongoing in the matter and that when it is concluded they will be taken to court.

The actor, who had one of his legs amputated few days ago had been struggling between life and death over the past few weeks.

Most of us associate the holiday with happy Pilgrims and Indians sitting down to a big feast. And that did happen - once.

The story began in 1614 when a band of English explorers sailed home to England with a ship full of Patuxet Indians bound for slavery. They left behind smallpox which virtually wiped out those who had escaped. By the time the Pilgrims arrived in Massachusetts Bay they found only one living Patuxet Indian, a man named Squanto who had survived slavery in England and knew their language. He taught them to grow corn and to fish, and negotiated a peace treaty between the Pilgrims and the Wampanoag Nation. At the end of their first year, the Pilgrims held a great feast honoring Squanto and the Wampanoags.

But as word spread in England about the paradise to be found in the new world, religious zealots called Puritans began arriving by the boat load. Finding no fences around the land, they considered it to be in the public domain. Joined by other British settlers, they seized land, capturing strong young Natives for slaves and killing the rest. But the Pequot Nation had not agreed to the peace treaty Squanto had negotiated and they fought back. The Pequot War was one of the bloodiest Indian wars ever fought.

In 1637 near present day Groton, Connecticut, over 700 men, women and children of the Pequot Tribe had gathered for their annual Green Corn Festival which is our Thanksgiving celebration. In the predawn hours the sleeping Indians were surrounded by English and Dutch mercenaries who ordered them to come outside. Those who came out were shot or clubbed to death while the terrified women and children who huddled inside the longhouse were burned alive. The next day the governor of the Massachusetts Bay Colony declared "A Day Of Thanksgiving" because 700 unarmed men, women and children had been murdered.

Cheered by their "victory", the brave colonists and their Indian allies attacked village after village. Women and children over 14 were sold into slavery while the rest were murdered. Boats loaded with a many as 500 slaves regularly left the ports of New England. Bounties were paid for Indian scalps to encourage as many deaths as possible.

Following an especially successful raid against the Pequot in what is now Stamford, Connecticut, the churches announced a second day of "thanksgiving" to celebrate victory over the heathen savages. During the feasting, the hacked off heads of Natives were kicked through the streets like soccer balls. Even the friendly Wampanoag did not escape the madness. Their chief was beheaded, and his head impaled on a pole in Plymouth, Massachusetts -- where it remained on display for 24 years.

The killings became more and more frenzied, with days of thanksgiving feasts being held after each successful massacre. George Washington finally suggested that only one day of Thanksgiving per year be set aside instead of celebrating each and every massacre. Later Abraham Lincoln decreed Thanksgiving Day to be a legal national holiday during the Civil War -- on the same day he ordered troops to march against the starving Sioux in Minnesota.

This story doesn't have quite the same fuzzy feelings associated with it as the one where the Indians and Pilgrims are all sitting down together at the big feast. But we need to learn our true history so it won't ever be repeated. Next Thanksgiving, when you gather with your loved ones to Thank God for all your blessings, think about those people who only wanted to live their lives and raise their families. They, also took time out to say "thank you" to Creator for all their blessings.
As a person with Native American blood I find invasion of any Country and Murder of Women , Children and people trying to protect what is theirs a disgrace . Those that just follow blindly and accept it as "The American Thing to Do" and want to call me "Un American" , I am not Un American or Anti American . I am a person of peace that believes that war begets war and hatred creates hatred of any type . We are teaching the children of the countries that we invade to hate America. WE are pushing the next generation of kids in these countries to try by any means to get back at those that killed , tortured and maimed Them, their Mothers and Fathers and Family members . Commercial Motorcycle Rider Beheaded In Benin city, Edo state, Nigeria By Suspected Ritual Killers (Pics be warned)

The police in Benin city, Edo state, Nigeria are working hard to establish the identity of a headless body discovered in the early hours of Sunday at the Agip Junction of Sapele Road in Benin. The headless body was suspected to be that of a young man. He was believed to have been killed by ritual killers. Also, the dress found on the victim suggested that he was a Commercial motorcycle rider who may have been chartered by persons who turned out to be ritual killers. The incident which appeared to have occurred last Saturday night, has forced shop owners within the vicinity of incident to lock up their shops and flee to avoid possible indiscriminate arrest by the police. Edo State Police Command spokesman, Anthony Airhuoyo (DSP), who confirmed the incident said police are investigating matter with a view to establishing the identity of the victim and tracking down his killers. The body has since been deposited in a mortuary in Benin.

Jared Loughner Sentenced to Life; Gabrielle Giffords in Courtroom

Jared Loughner, who shot former U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords in the head, killed six and wounded 12 others in a 2011 rampage, will never be a free man again. He was sentenced to life in prison without parole this morning. After listening to some of his victims berate him for damaging their lives in the Arizona massacre, Loughner, 24, received the sentence in a Tucson federal court. A series of emotional confrontations preceded the sentencing. After a woman spoke about the pain of losing her husband to Loughner’s bullet, Giffords, who was in the courtroom, turned to her husband, retired astronaut Mark Kelly. She kissed him on the head, according to reports. When it was their turn to confront the shooter, Kelly and Giffords stood and looked directly at Jared Loughner. It was the first time the two had been face-to-face. The defendant returned the couple’s gaze as Kelly went on to explain how the bullet had forever changed his wife’s life, but couldn’t damage her spirit. Giffords resigned from Congress earlier this year.

Nigerian Girls Invent Urine-powered Generator

Possibly one of the more unexpected products at Maker Faire Africa this year in Lagos is a urine powered generator, created by four girls. The girls are Duro-Aina Adebola (14), Akindele Abiola (14), Faleke Oluwatoyin (14) and Bello Eniola (15). The generator is on display at an exhibition in Lagos Nigeria where people from the tiniest villages to those from big cities are talking about making stuff. This is part of an initiative by ‘Maker Faire Movement’ which seeks to showcase how traditional handicrafts can be a solution in the wake of expensive robot. Their invention ensures that one Liter of urine gives you 6 hours of electricity. The system works like this:

1. Urine is put into an electrolytic cell, which separates out the hydrogen.

2. The hydrogen goes into a water filter for purification, which then gets pushed into the gas cylinder.

3. The gas cylinder pushes hydrogen into a cylinder of liquid borax, which is used to remove the moisture from the hydrogen gas.

4. This purified hydrogen gas is pushed into the generator and it is powered on.

This is coming as good news for some Americans who are currently in black out due to lack of power and fuel to power their generator after the storm recently hit New York City leaving thousands without power or fuel to power their homes

The news is that the actor has been admitted in a hospital in Enugu state, Nigeria. It was gathered that the veteran actor has been suffering from the leg infection some times since last year after sustaining an injury on that leg. His cases got worsen when he couldn’t get an appropriate medical attention to take care of the injured leg. The Doctors tried to stop the infection from spreading other parts of his body but later decided that the best solution to the leg infection and stopping the infection from spreading to other parts of the body is to amputate the infected leg. Another Female Student Hospitalized After Outing with Facebook Friend

A 21-year-old student has been hospitalized, after she was allegedly pushed down from the third floor of a building in Lagos, following a disagreement with a man she met on the social network, Facebook. The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Akabugu Nkiruka sustained multiple injuries, including a pelvis fracture, and was undergoing surgery at the General Hospital, Marina, Lagos, as at Tuesday. Nkiruka, a Linguistics student of the University of Lagos, told NAN on her hospital bed that she met the young man through the social media, barely a week before the November 1 incident. She told NAN that the 26-year-old man (name withheld) last Wednesday invited her to a night club in Apapa from where they ended up in his family home at 1004 Estate, Victoria Island, Lagos. She noted that the young man had earlier talked about sex on the phone prior to the outing but she told him she was menstruating. Nkiruka said on getting to the house, the man tore her dress and tried to get intimate with her. According to Nkiruka, the man thereafter pushed her down from the third floor of the building because she refused to Be Intimate with him. When contacted, the man’s mother, who was at home on the night of the incident, however, told NAN that she was not aware of what happened. She said she slept around 10pm, while the disagreement between the couple started much later. The mother, who pleaded anonymity, said she paid part of the hospital bill immediately after Nkiruka was admitted, and even tried to transfer her to a private hospital. “I took her as our own daughter and so, I can do anything that will make her recover quickly,’’ she added. She insisted that her preliminary inquiry indicated that Nkiruka was not pushed by her son as alleged, but that she jumped on her own in the ensuing scuffle. When contacted, the Divisional Police Officer of Bar Beach, Victoria Island, Lagos, Mr. Fayoade Adegoke, told NAN that Nkiruka wrote in her statement that she jumped on her own, in order to escape being molested. Adegoke said he ordered his men to convey the victim to the hospital immediately after he was informed of the incident by security guards in the area. The DPO also said that the suspect has since been released on bail, pending further investigation into the matter...

Pastor Admits To Stealing Ipad In Ibadan

A 45-year-old pastor, Mr. Peter Oladiti, on Wednesday, appeared before an Ibadan Magistrate Court for allegedly stealing an Ipad and other sets of computer set valued at over N240, 000. Prosecutor Sikiru Opaleye told the court that the accused also allegedly stole an HP laptop computer valued at N85, 000 and a printing machine worth N8, 000; property of a secondary school principal. Opaleye said that the accused committed the offence on Oct.7 at Ile-Eja, Olohunsogo Area of Ibadan. The prosecutor added that the offences contravened Sections 413 and 390 of the Criminal Code Laws of Oyo state of Nigeria 2000. The accused pleaded guilty to the charges and his counsel, Mr Philips Ojo, applied for out of court settlement of the matter. The case was adjourned to Jan. 30, 2013 for further hearing.
