Man Arrested With Dead Baby in Suitcase in Abuja

An unidentified man has been nabbed in Abuja with a suitcase stuffed with a dead baby. According to eye witness account, the man was nabbed at tipper garage very close to Gwarimpa housing estate in Abuja with a dead baby boy packed in a travel bag (suitcase). The source said, the man tried to board a commercial bus with his suitcase, but the conductor declined him from putting the bag in the passenger area because he had no ample space in the bus. The conductor, it was further learnt, insisted that the man handed over his suitcase for storage in the trunk. But the man refused. It was gathered that when the conductor stood his ground, the suspicious man decided to disembark from the bus. At that point the conductor asked what he had inside the case but the man was mute. This, according to witnesses, aroused the suspicions of the conductor and other passengers, who went after him, and grabbed the suitcase. When it was opened, the content shocked everyone, as inside was a dead baby of about one year old. He was immediately, held down and hands tied before the police were called
